YSA ADVICES: HIGH SCHOOL

Helloooo, new blog series! Ysa Advices will be where i hugot my heart out (not literally of course) and help you get through obstacles with my ever so trusty partner, experience. [*Some parts are in Tagalog but don't worry, majority are in English]. It's about time i added spice to my blog. Let's get to it!

Moriahhh! Are you taking Geometry? Geometry was the WORST but i passed though. Math, if you're just gonna put some effort to learn, you're going to actually like it or if not, be good at it. Just keep practicing, listen to the teacher well and try self learning, learn it through your own understanding because that worked for me. I'll try to have a vid all about Math haha. :)

Do not be lazy. That's my most important tip. Sure! I'll share my other organization tips in a video. :)

Hi Kylaaaa :)  Live it to the fullest! Always put what you know is best first. Don't overthink because if you do it will get worse. Listen to relaxing music or put on a fave tv show, just something that makes you happy. That always helps me relieve stress and anxiety. If it really does get to you already and bad, consult a therapist.

Kaya yan! Study hard, set aside fangirling for a bit hahaha. Imagine mo na lang ang parents mo on your graduation day with a smile abot langit, that was the best feeling in the world for me. Them knowing you tried your best, that will still be their reaction no matter what. Paano pa kaya kapag nasa honor roll ka haha let your parents be your motivation :)

I'm gonna be honest, no matter how much i discipline myself i couldn't stop myself from going on Twitter. But i still try. When you have a homework for a subject that you really need a higher grade in, that's your first priority. Leave your phone for a moment even though your fave might post a flaming hot selfie that time. It sucks but that moment you'll lend your time for school will contribute to a greater future for yourself.

Mahirap mag-ipon kapag ang daming masarap na pagkain nakapaligid sa school :( Everyday, remind yourself to put a specific money goal in a piggy bank. Make sure the piggy bank is un-openable because if not, it will be very tempting to spend the money inside it. For example, 10 pesos a day. Or just any amount left in your pocket everyday, the bigger the better!

100000% sure every school in the world have rude teachers. I really hate them (who doesn't). Sometimes i just try to understand them, maybe they have a personal problem that we don't know or they have gone through a mental illness or idk. But if they really are rude, naturally, di ko na alam yan, iba na yan hahaha. Let him or her be. We are all made to be different anyway. My answer to your 2nd question is somewhere above.

Not, HS related but why not answer. Are you a fangirl? It will be hard if he's someone famous. Chat him up on social media, if you can't then stalk him like where he lives lol no. Well you can visit him in the country he's in and be friends with him.

Ahhh yes my life is stressful. Sometimes, AF. Even back when i was in high school. I am and was involved in a lot of activities. Right now, i'm kinda regretting why i took a medical course because it's ajlgfudsbvwbejkvb. I deal with it by using a planner, i like scheduling things in advance, i also have this app that helps me stay on track of my homeworks/projects, i did a 'TO DO' DIY thing posted on my wall too. Not really good in the memory department haha. I prioritize things too, that helps.
.

I hope you learned a thing or two from those, didn't expect these to be brain draining. As for the app i mentioned, it's called My Study Life, i believe it's available in both iOS, Android & Windows Apps. It's free too, it really helps me to be organized.
